The Ballina Grandcarers Support Group meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 10 am at Ballina Community Health. Community Health is next to the Ballina Hospital on the corner of Fox and Cherry Streets. We use The Solarium for our meetings. The phone number at Community Health is 6686 8977

Our next meeting is on Tuesday 12th May  2009 at 10.am North Coast Area Health Service has produced a wonderful guide to activities in the Ballina Shire that can help improve your fitness and wellbeing.
