There is not currently a support group in Casino but our Grandcarer Support Worker does home visits in Casino and Kyogle to see grandparents and grandchildren. Grandparents living in these areas are warmly invited to come to Lismore  once a month for support group meetings.  

The North Coast Area Health Service has produced a wonderful guide to activities in the Casino and Kyogle areas to help improve your fitness and wellbeing.
