Support groups and other services

Lismore Support Group meetings are on the second Friday of each month at 10 am at the Goonellabah Community Centre in Oliver Avenue, except in school holidays.

Next meeting will be Friday the 15th of May at 10 am.

If you can't make the gatherings at the times we meet, please call us, as we can be flexible about times and may be able to change to suit you, also home visits can be arranged.

The North Coast Area Health Service has produced a wonderful guide to activities in the Lismore area to help improve your fitness and wellbeing.
